Amateurs Schemes for Double-Hand Poker

Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old origins. Built on the ancient Chinese domino game and the modern American version of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the far east with the wild west in a fantastic game for new gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the gambler against the croupier, unlike nearly all other poker games that gamblers compete with other players. By playing against the dealer, beginning players do not need to fret about other, more advanced gamblers winning their mulla.

A further Pai Gow benefit is the fairly leisurely game play, beginners should be able to take their time and plan while not needing to make hasty selections.

It is also easier to participate in for a long time with just a little amount of cash seeing as, to not win, both of your hands needs to be lower than both of the houses hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card basic deck and one joker. The player is given seven cards faces showing and the house is given 7 cards faces hidden.

A five card hand and a two card hand must be made from the seven cards dealt, the five card hand must be higher than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be larger than the houses.
