Beginners Schemes for Pai Gow Poker

Pai Gow Poker is a current game with old origins. Based on the old Chinese domino game and the modern American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the wild west in an excellent game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player versus the dealer, not like most other poker games that gamblers play with other players. By competing against the dealer, starting players don’t have to worry about any other, more knowledgeable individuals taking their money.

A further Pai Gow advantage is the relatively leisurely game play, newcomers are able to take their time and scheme without needing to make quick choices.

It’s also simpler to participate in for a very long time with only a small bit of cash since, to lose, both of your hands has to be lower than both of the casino’s hands.

Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the normal 52-card standard deck and one joker. The player is assigned 7 cards face up and the casino gets seven cards face down.

A 5 card hand and a two card hand must be made from the seven cards, the five card hand must be stronger than the two card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand totals to be higher than the dealer’s.
